Hotel Savoy in Bern offers a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the train station and a short walk to the town's attractions. The staff, especially Charles at the front desk, provided exceptional service, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. We received a complimentary city card for free public transportation, a great perk for exploring the city hassle-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the family room was a bit cozy. Breakfast was decent, with primarily organic options from Coop, showcasing Swiss specialties like fondue and raclette. The air conditioning was a welcome feature, ensuring a comfortable stay. A pleasant experience enhanced by the hotel's central location and excellent service.
